Beau Kelly is a director of development at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. In his position, Beau builds support for UCCS Athletics and student support including the Reach Your Peak and Bridge Forward scholarship programs. He is a Colorado Springs native, and joined the UCCS advancement team in 2015. Prior to UCCS, Beau worked at El Pomar Foundation where he participated in the Fellowship program while directing the Empty Stocking Fund campaign and the summer internship program.

Beau received his undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and History from Nebraska Wesleyan University. At NWU, he was a two-year team captain and two-time Academic All-American for the baseball team. Beau is active in the Association of Fundraising Professionals Southern Colorado and Colorado Springs Rising Professionals. He received his master’s degree in business administration from UCCS in 2019. Beau and his wife Lauren reside in Colorado Springs with their identical twin boys, Blake and Carson.
