About
Kristen Mason serves as the the Ceremonial and University Events Program Manager for UCCS Advancement. A large part of this role is organizing and executing the commencement ceremonies each year for UCCS graduates.
Kristen is originally from Michigan where she went to Central Michigan University and graduated with a BA in Business Administration with concentrations in Hospitality. She has worked in the tourism and hospitality industry at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, Cedar Fair in Ohio, and the John Ball Zoo in Michigan. Kristen moved to Colorado Springs in 2025 with her boyfriend and two cats. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, watching movies, video games and hiking.
